Super Saver Delivery is just £3.50 and we pay delivery on all UK orders for economy delivery over £40!
Next day guaranteed delivery is only £5.99 for the UK! (Extra charges may apply for Highlands and Islands).
UK delivery is usually via Royal Mail and takes between 1-3 days to discreetly reach your door (depending on the service selected). Overnight delivery is via Royal Mail Special Delivery, or Interlink Couriers if your order is heavy. Tracking numbers are provided for all next day deliveries.
Same day collection is available if you can visit our Cardiff store. Please contact us if you wish to collect your order.
Internet orders:
Same day dispatch guaranteed! Order by 4pm Monday – Friday and your order will be dispatched that day guaranteed. If you order during the weekend, evening or bank holiday your order will ship the next working day. Subject to stock availability (which is usually accurate on our website).

Standard Delivery
Super Saver delivery is just £3.50 & we pay delivery on orders over £40. First Class delivery is £4.20.
Next-Day Guaranteed Delivery ONLY £5.99!
Royal Mail Special Delivery is used for orders under 2kg and Interlink or Parcelforce couriers for orders over 2kg. Both are available with tracking technology which will be sent to you upon dispatch of your order. Available in all areas of the UK. Delivery is guaranteed next-working day (ie Mon-Fri) when you order by 4pm. Please note, when we have to re-route a parcel to a new address after dispatch or if the parcel gets returned to us there is an additional delivery fee each way. Please note there is no deliveries on Saturday (unless you contact us to request Saturday delivery) or Sunday or Bank Holidays.
Saturday Guaranteed Delivery £16.50
This is a special service that has been requested on several occasions where time is of the essence and you need a guaranteed UK Saturday service. Please phone us on 0870 740 5826 to book this service. Availability most areas of the UK mainland. Not available in rest of the world.
Europe EU Countries £8.50
Takes 3-4 days by Royal Mail Airmail service. No Customs Declaration is required. This price covers deliveries under 2kg (most deliveries).
Europe EU Countries Courier Service Prices
If your order exceeds 2kg in weight, or you specifically request courier delivery instead of Airmail. Takes 2-7 days dependant on your country. Additional funds will be debited upon dispatch.
Rest of World Prices Prices
Most packages take 5-7 days by Royal Mail Airmail service. Goods will be declared as novelties, plastic toys or clothing depending on contents. NB We cannot be held responsible for goods that do not get through customs because of the laws in your country, so please take this into account prior to ordering.
NB Our free batteries offer does not apply outside of the UK due to security controls as all Airmail and Courier-Air Freight services no longer allow batteries on their planes. If your EU or Worldwide order exceeds 2kg a courier service will have to be used and you will be charged the actual cost of the delivery and not a penny more. Please contact us with any questions relating to this.
