Terms of Sale
Using this website and placing orders is an acceptance of these terms with Marketspace Ltd.
To use this website, you must be over the age of 18 and a legal adult in your own country.
Due to the personal nature of the goods we sell and for obvious hygiene reasons, goods are not sent on approval. Adult toys are sold for novelty use only, and no medical claims are implied.
Shortages/missing items must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We will exchange any items with a manufacturing defect providing our returns procedure is followed. We will give a refund in any case where the goods do not comply with the Sale of Goods Act.
Your account:
You agree to give true, complete and accurate information when you create an account, in order for us to process your order and safely deliver your goods. Thereafter you agree to keep this information up to date, e.g. sending notification to us if you change address.
Right to cancel: UK Consumers
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your sales contract with us within 7 days. If you wish to cancel your sales contract, please contact us with your order number and name. If your order has already been dispatched we will issue a returns code for the items to be accepted back into our warehouse.
Distance Selling Regulations – exceptions to the regulations:
- Personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification
- Goods that cannot, by their nature, be returned
- Products of a personal nature cannot be returned: including lubricant, creams, massage oils, non-vibrating toys, hair trimmers, jewellery, clothing, lingerie and fragrance products.
Alternatives & Substitutions
From time to time product packaging specifications may change due to circumstances beyond our control. If a sex toy you have ordered is not available in one colour, we may substitute the goods for an identical item & identical or higher value, in a different colour. Please note all sizes stated are approximate. From time to time product packaging may vary. Some items are in plain boxes or bags better suited to mail order.
Pricing
We aim to ensure that all prices on our Web site are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund
Guarantees:
In the unlikely event your goods are found to have a manufacturing defect, please refer to the guarantee paperwork inside your parcel. Once an adult toy has been used, the manufacturers guarantee comes into effect.
These guarantees do not affect your statutory rights.
