My girlfriend has used it for two years, since i've given it to her as a christmas gift, and according to her it's decent and stimulating, but it still lacking in some departments. The knot is not insertable, while in vaginal use, it'd be great to make it insertable. The surface has degraded over time, even though we have used only water based lubricant and washed it with warm water only. One more downside is the fact that it's made out of a heavy polymer, and it's unnaturally heavy, like a gold bar... Well not quite, but still.
