The idea with this humiliating device is that the dominant wears it, with the straps removed, over their genitals for a day. The dominant then forces their submissive to wear it over their nose and mouth. The submissive is forced to inhale their master's scent, etching it into their brains.
The cup is secured by the two 10" straps that snap on to the muzzle and fasten around the back of the head. The straps fasten together like a belt.
