This sexually gratifying card game plays like old maid, rather, dirty old maid. Couples match and discard card pairs consisting of foreplay and sexual activities until all that remains is a lone "top secret" card. The player who was able to successfully match and discard all of their matched pairs wins the game and gets to choose, from their discarded pairs, which activities they want their lover to perform. Game includes 53 playing cards in colour.
